Admission Requirements
IJMB Program
To apply for the IJMB program, candidates must:
- Have a minimum of five (5) credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Choose from various subject combinations such as:
- Basic Science 1: Biology, Chemistry, Physics
- Basic Science 2: Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics
- Basic Science 3: Physics, Chemistry, Geology
- Basic Science 4: Chemistry, Geography, Physics
- Basic Science 5: Geography, Mathematics, Physics
- Basic Science 6: Chemistry, Geology, Physics
Once admitted, candidates must register for JAMB Direct Entry admission.
Remedial Program
For the Remedial program, candidates need:
- At least three (3) credits in science subjects in one sitting. Choose from combinations like:
- Remedial Science 1: English, Biology, Chemistry, Geography
- Remedial Science 2: English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics

Candidates admitted into the Remedial program must register and achieve credit level in SSCE or NECO for any deficient subjects and register for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), selecting Ahmadu Bello University as their first choice.
